We’ve all had at least one memorable experience with customer support, and that usually involves a help center.
I’m currently looking for help center examples to use within my course on support content, to be published in early December. That said, I plan to keep this form up for a while! I can usually best explain what I do through examples, and I like the idea of publishing help center critiques once in a while if others might find them helpful.
It still shocks me that while help centers might be one of the most recognizable content assets of an organization, there is zero consistency in how help centers are created and managed. I’ll likely expand on this at some point soon (and clean up this page a bit more too), but for now, I appreciate your support!
My whole deal is help centers – might use for course, might use for newsletter or a series?
Every organization handles things differently – what usually starts as a well-intended resource often goes unattended and under-prioritized. If it is maintained, teams do their best with the resources they have.
